To bring the Word of God to every Child in Zimbabwe, through various partnerships with the local church, communities and schools, In Partnership with One Hope.
IMPACT
Founded in 2023 with an initial donation of 600 000 leaflets as resources for children, youth and leaders distributed through Hubs, across Zimbabwe.
Trained
GROWTH PLANS
Increase resources: using social media, bible app and film
Train Master Trainers: in all 10 provinces in Zimbabwe
Partner with Foundations for Farming: teaching primary school children farming principles
Partner with WASH programmes: teaching children hygiene and sanitation principles
Partner with Schools: teaching leadership principles from John Maxwell, Lead Today.
Partner with Schools and Community centres: teaching lifeskill lessons about identity and purpose, through Empowered, Unstoppable and The Ultimate Goal programmes.
Encourage Reading Clubs: for primary school children, using Light in the Dark programmes
Provide assembly ideas: for schools for highschools using Africa Youth Book of Hope.
Provide platforms for pilot projects: to ensure all materials are localised and beneficial.
WHO WE ARE
CHILDREN WITH HOPE
Children with Hope is a Ministry aimed at transforming the lives of children and youth in Zimbabwe through the teachings of God’s Word. We seek to instil hope, resilience, and a sense of purpose in children and youth, empowering them to rise above their circumstances and contribute positively to their communities, knowing God’s purpose for their lives. We work with the local church and local communities to catalyse a movement to bring Hope through transformed lives, providing training and resources.
Our National Director
Mrs Sarah Cross
Mrs Sarah Cross was born in Zimbabwe and has been involved in children and youth ministry for 40 years. She longs that every child and young person is given Hope finding their purpose that comes through a personal relationship with Jesus.
